I dont denounce the teachings of Jesus, it is the CHURCH that I have the beef with. In 1990, I suffered a terrible breakdown, and All that I asked was for my friends from the CHURCH to come and please be in prayer for me...you know what they said? "G-d told us NOT TO COME!" Can you believe that?? So, I had to just learn to let that go, and ask G-d for help, so I could forgive these impossible jerks. I moved on, and met in a Bible study, comprised of born-again believers, & Orthodox Jews and that was that. Ever since then, I still have felt somewhat hurt by G-d, that I suffered that major blowback, also the fact, that people who said they were 'his' would treat me in such a terrible fashion. I now am a lone warrior, fighting for OUR people, the Jews, because, to me, they have the most in common with the teachings of Jesus. As I stated, Jesus followers SUCK---BIGTIME!! My fiance' is a Jew, and I pretty much DEMAND that he keep the teachings and commands of the Torah, and the Tanach, he reads the Christian Bible, but, I dont push him in ANY way to see what I see IN it. If we are to have children, I would want them to be raised Jewish, and without trying to be conceited, religious, spiritual Jewish people ARE the salt of the earth, and other people can take a HIKE- I am tired of these so-called "Christians" and their Jew-hating superior ways. Anyway, I will read this, in the AM, I just moved from NYC, Shalom--Kol tov. The best for you on your journey. :) OK, I will read it.
